This amazing tulle gown from 1982 is quintessential Zandra Rhodes.
This top of the dress is made of 100% pure silk and the bottom skirt is made of 100% rayon. The top has a deep v neck. The sleeves are sheer with iridescent blue beaded detailing on the hem. The dress has a blue screen printed pattern. It leads to a fully sheer bottom half made of layers and layers of tulle. It has an elastic waistband.
