Can I rent for personal use?
We do not rent our items for personal use.
Can I come in to rent a dress for a birthday party, wedding, or award show?
Our rental service is strictly for industry professionals who will be photographed for an event. We do not offer rentals for any other reason at this time.
What if the item I rent accidentally gets damaged?
We will charge the card left on file for the full retail price of the item.
Can my client try on pieces before renting?
Absolutely. For each piece taken out for a fitting, we charge a fee per piece. This fee is charged up-front before items are taken out of the store.
How long can I take an item out for a fitting?
We allow our pieces to be taken out for a maximum of 24 hours for a fitting.
What if I don't return an item from a fitting within 24 hours?
We understand that there may be changes in circumstances and scheduling. Please contact us as soon as you are aware an item may be returned late from a fitting. If we do not communicate about a late return prior to the 24-hour timeframe's end, any piece not returned within 24 hours will be charged the rental fee. For pieces not returned within the 48-hour rental timeframe, you will be charged the full retail price of the item.
What if I rent a piece but don't end up using it?
You will still be charged a rental fee.
What if I decide I want to own the item I rented?
You are absolutely able to purchase an item you rented. In this case, we will waive the rental fee and you will be charged the retail price. Fitting fees are non-refundable.
