This dress is the ultimate little black dress. It hits about knee length (check measurements for fit) and has a comfortable cotton jersey body that has stretch. The bell sleeves are made of viscose and lycra. The sleeves are layers of fringe and marabou feathers that create a gorgeous effect. There is no zipper or pockets.
