Originally created for the iconic Elizabeth the First store, this gown was a collaborative effort between Bob Mackie, Ray Aghayan, and Elizabeth Courtney for the opening of Mackie's Elizabeth The First Store in 1969.
Expertly designed, this vintage gown features a stunning detachable cape and pleated chiffon fabric adorned with intricate sequins. There is a back-center zipper, and the interior of the gown is fully lined and hand-stitched.
