Retail Operations Manager (Los Angeles)

The Kit Vintage is looking for an In Store & Online Operations Manager who is familiar with working on the back end of websites, designing Social Media content, and familiar with implementing organizational systems to put in place.

The Kit Vintage is a Vintage Luxury Clothing & Accessories Retail Store in Los Angeles.

We are looking to bring in a new team member who has a love for fashion and shares in our energy to grow this small business. 

The Online Operations Manager Position Involves working on each of our Online platforms, while the store is open, in between working with clients.  Knowledge of  working with Shopify POS system and the Online Store is key.  Our Operations manager will be responsible for Uploading imagery and clothing descriptions online to our Web store (Shopify) and to our Etsy and Thrilling Stores.  Writing monthly blogs,  designing and setting up our weekly newsletters, keeping the design of the website current, designing social media content and reels, and Defining Store Systems & Processes for the business that will allow the day to day operations to run smoothly.    

The Ideal candidate is organized!!  The ideal Candidate is efficient in Shopify and any editing systems preferred to use to create content.  Having an aesthetic for fashion and design is key in regards to designing the website and newsletters.   And thoroughly enjoys using and updating all social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok, Pinterest, Yelp.


Candidate must be great at working with others and have an upbeat positive attitude!

-Potentially help or at least strategize content creation @thekitvintage

- A marketing whiz who knows how to build brand awareness and growing a company using thoughtful marketing strategies using social media in new ways.

-Increase brand visibility and deploy engagement strategies
-A Self motivated person who is excited to create content, graphics, and knows how to use technology.
-Creating and maintaining a marketing calendar
-Research and outreach for partnerships such as affiliate marketing.
-Someone who knows how to Launch a product and a brand
-Basic SEO Knowledge

* In store operations involves keeping the store clean and organized.  Making sure bags, stickers, and anything needed day to day is restocked and ordered.  

-Helping our clients find the perfect vintage piece to wear to their special occasion.
-Graceful communication and friendly customer service is imperative.
-An eye for what looks good on various body types.
-Knowledge of vintage clothing is helpful.
-Being Respectful, Responsible and clean
This is an In Store position where work will be done during store hours.

We Pay hourly! The hourly rate starts at $25-30/hr dependent on experience
